While in Ojai, bring your imagination, shadow, and creativity to a dream workshop hosted by dream book author Dr. John Valenzuela. Bi-monthly workshops offer participants a space and community to integrate the emotions their dreams elicit. Participants will learn the process of unlocking the archetypal and symbolic world as it relates to neurobiology. Previous dreamwork is not required. After registration, we will provide a list of optional readings to help you prepare for the workshop.
