While in Ojai, bring your imagination, shadow, and creativity to a dream workshop hosted by dream book author, Dr. John Valenzuela. Bi-monthly workshops offer participants a space and community to integrate the emotions elicited by their dreams. Participants will learn the process of unlocking the archetypal and symbolic world as it relates to neurobiology. Previous dreamwork is not required. Upon registration a list of optional readings will be made available to prepare for the workshop.
